BGF Community--We have the opportunity to do what we do best....Love and support these families who are in the battle of their lives.
We have recently become aware that not only is Franky currently continuing his battle against cancer, but his mom is also struggling with some health issues of her own. We would like to alleviate a small part of the daily responsibilities that she has so she can focus her energy on what is most important--Franky's health and her health!
Please consider signing up to take a meal to the Campos Family so that we can show them how much their BGF family loves them and wants to help support them in this time of need! To sign up, follow this link:https://mealtrain.com/enzd11. Please note that Franky has a nut allergy and needs to avoid them.
Also,if you live out of the area or are not able to deliver a dinner, we would encourage you to send a gift card to a local restaurant that has carry out (favorites include Wendy's, Papa Murphy's, Wingers, Cracker Barrel, Burger King, and Golden Dragon) that they could use on a night they just aren't up to cooking. You can send gift cards to Boise's Got Faith, 131 N. Kings Rd, Nampa ID 83687 and we will see they get delivered to the family.
God Bless each of you for taking the time to support the Campos Family!

Advocates for Inclusion is a major corporate partner of Boise's Got Faith, in more ways than one. Not only does this organization provide our BGF kids with financial support from year to year, they also help us in extraordinary ways by organizing and facilitating all of our volunteer teams and helping with coordination and logistics leading up to, and during our event. To put it very simply, without AFI, there would be no BGF. That's how important AFI is to BGF. Thank you to AFI for being side-by-side with BGF from the very moment that this organization was first inspired! On behalf of all BGF kids (past & present) & their families...THANK YOU!

We are so excited to introduce you to Boise's Got Faith's 2016 Honorees: ELOISE LAWRENCE and FRANKY CAMPOS!
Eloise Lawrence is a very happy, social 2 (almost 3)-year old who loves sparkles, chicken nuggets, babies and pigs. Surrounded by her 5 siblings and her dad and mom, there is always someone around to share her favorite activities, which include coloring, dancing, blowing bubbles, playing with play-doh and swinging. Last May, Eloise was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). She has undergone 8 months of intense chemotherapy and is scheduled to begin the maintenance stage of treatment next month. This sweet, little fighter has taken everything into stride and happily traded her beautiful curls for her new “softie” haircut (as she calls it) that comes with treatment. Eloise and her family are looking forward to Summer 2017 when Elle will officially be done with treatment!
Franky Campos is a cheerful, talkative 4-year old who is all-boy! He loves playing with cars and trucks, running, jumping, and doing anything active. He also enjoys spending time with his dad, mom, two big sisters and little brother. Last April, Franky was diagnosed with high-risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia—type B (ALL). He has responded well to the almost 9-months of intensive chemotherapy he has undergone and just began the maintenance stage of treatment. This stage should be a little bit easier and will hopefully give him the chance to “just be a kid” again as he battles through the next 2 ½ years of treatment.
Please be praying for Eloise and Franky and their families as they are in the midst of their battles.
Also, mark your calendars for SUNDAY, MAY 1st for the 5th Annual Boise's Got Faith Kid's Run, 5K, and Family Festival. 100% of the proceeds from this year's events will be going to help Eloise's and Franky's families with expenses related to their battles.
More details about our honorees, upcoming events, and how you can help will be coming soon. If you haven't already, like us on Facebook and follow us @boisesgotfaith on Twitter and Instagram.
